Every Navyen tee is printed just for you once you order. Here's how returns work.

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, or we've sent the wrong size or design, we'll replace it or refund you in full. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You won't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind?

For non-personalised items, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know within that time, then return the item unworn, unwashed and in its original condition within a further 14 days. Once it reaches us, we'll refund the item price and standard delivery cost. Return postage is your responsibility.

Personalised items

Items printed with names, surnames, dates or other custom text are made to your specification, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. Please double-check spelling and sizes before you order. If a personalised item arrives faulty or misprinted, we'll still replace it free of charge.
