Shipping
Every Navyen tee is printed to order in the UK. Printing takes 2 to 5 working days, and standard UK delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
Ordering for a festival? Allow at least 7 to 10 working days. December gets busy, so order early. We post last-order dates before each festival.
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If you order several items, they may arrive separately. If your UK order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us.
International orders: we ship to selected countries outside the UK. Delivery usually takes 12 to 35 working days, costs are shown at checkout, and import duties or taxes may apply.
Returns & refunds
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to post anything back.
Changed your mind (non-personalised items)
Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the item unworn, unwashed and in original condition within a further 14 days. We'll refund the item price and standard delivery cost once it arrives. Return postage is your responsibility.
Personalised items
Items with names, surnames, dates or custom text are made to your specification and can't be returned for a change of mind, unless they arrive faulty or misprinted.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
