Frequently asked questions

How long will my order take?

Tees are printed to order, which takes 2 to 5 working days, then UK delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days. For a festival or birthday, allow at least 7 to 10 working days.

Can I personalise a shirt?

Yes. Our Matching Family Sets let you add your family name. Click Add personalized design on the product page. Please double-check spelling before you order, because personalised items are printed exactly as entered.

How do matching family sets work?

Choose a design, add your family name, then add each person's shirt to your basket in their size. Use the same wording on each so they match.

What are the shirts like?

Soft, lightweight 100% cotton unisex tees (Bella+Canvas 3001) with a regular fit. If you're between sizes or like a looser fit, size up.

Can I return my order?

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace or refund it. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days if you change your mind. Personalised items can't be returned unless faulty. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

How do I wash my tee?

Turn it inside out, wash at 30 degrees, and skip the tumble dryer to keep the print looking fresh. Don't iron directly on the print.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, to selected countries. International delivery usually takes 12 to 35 working days, and costs are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes may apply.
